He offers both face-to-face and online consultations, providing friendly, expert advice to individuals in Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and across the UK. Dr. Skelton is passionate about delivering the best treatment for ADHD, recognising its significant impact on various aspects of life, including education, work, relationships, and self-esteem.

Kristina Gumbryte is a BACP-registered Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist, offering face-to-face, online, and phone sessions. She holds a Master of Science in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy, completed with distinction, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, both from the University of Derby. Her therapeutic approach is tailored to individual needs, drawing on Person-Centred, Attachment Theory, and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy modalities.
